Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant
St. David’s Day brings a wave of excitement to our nursery every year as children immerse themselves in Welsh culture, adorned in traditional Welsh attire. From pretending to cook up a storm with vegetables for Cawl in our home corner to getting delightfully messy while mixing flour and raisins for Welsh cakes, every activity was a celebration of Welsh heritage. We sang Welsh songs, learned new Welsh words, savored a delicious lunch of Cawl, and let our imaginations soar as we painted local castles and crafted dragon collages. It was an incredible day filled with laughter and learning, and we can't wait to relive the magic again next year!
